I should be happy.

I'm alive.
I'm not cut to bits.
I didn't get ridiculously drunk last night.
I'm not lying in a hospital bed half dead.

I should be happy about that right? I'm not happy unless I am destroying myself and that's all I want right now.

    Sorry you feel like this :( i wish you could find happiness some other way. if you saw how beautiful and lovely you are, and learn to love yourself maybe you'll be able to respect yourself and not be happy when you destroy yourself?
